I knew i recognized that style of bracelet!!!! I have one of my own. Its a popular style of bracelet worn by Colombians and South Americans. Clinton explained in an interview that some kids in Colombia who were affected by the Guerilla terrorist groups gave it to him and he hasnt taken it off yet. The story seams plausible as i also have a bracelet around my wrist now. Its a Colombian thing.
